This device has a good battery life, heats up quickly and also has the massage function. It offers support, and the option to use heat or vibration separate is great for when weather causes it to ache. Heats up good - vibration has multiple speeds.
Cons
Flash when i reconnect the battery and than nothing. Find another. Too bulky, poor fit.

The shape is weard like it made for your shoulder its loose not enough velcro falling off all the time and the upper strap is mostly useless
