The heat with the vibration really relaxes my tight shoulders and neck. Using the massager function while relaxing in a reclining chair works best. It also has massage built in to help loosen up muscles.

Fit nicely under my jacket for a brisk winter walk, though. Easy to adjust the straps to fit me snugly. Comfortable and very simple to wear underneath a large shirt or something like a sweatshirt.

Neat concept, poor execution. Did not help pain. No charger.

It is a watered down toy that hums instead of massages and warms instead of heats. It’s a weak alternative to a real massage gun and traditional heating pad.
