The vibrations setting isnt worth using in my opinion as it drains the battery way to fast and doesnt do much for me but i can have this thing on my person for 8 hours at least with one charge and it is consistent and has an automatic shut off after 1 hour but you just turn it back on and its instantly hot again

They always were very affordable but recently they became more expensive the coupon was no longer there
