Pros
Modem-router combination works well for my wifi and phone line. Easy to setup with my xfinity/comcast service. I am especially pleased with the wifi performance, which is excellent.
Xfinity service tech was able to set it up, all i had to do is connect it to the internet, create a name and password.
Cons

Buyer beware. This products advertising is designed to be deceitful to the not so tech savvy. I have no way of proving this, so it goes back to amazon for a full refund.

Nice unit but make sure its compatible with your cable company had to return mine because it had phone jacks in it which made it incompatible with mine i purchased another arris device without phone jacks and it wored flawless return was easy no complications

The delivery of my product was about a day late thats fine called xfinity to get it set up on their end plugged in everything in my end and the last 2 days ive spoke with two people over the phone agents from comcast who wanted the old mac address that was replaced with a new hfc mac address they got me dial tone on my phone but insisted on a technician coming out twice called up the arrus text support they told me that the cm mac address was replaced with the hfc mac address called up comcast told them this but i dont think they know about that and i was like okay are you guys going to bill me the following month if he has to charge me a hundred extra dollars and theyre like yes sir so now all i got to do is wait from 200 to 500 the following day to see if the comcast tech is going to have to charge me 100 and if theyre going to be able to get my modem on their network its kind of a pain in the ass to you try to save money from comcast and get your own modem you think yeah im just going to pay 150 and finally save 180 for a couple of years just getting comcast to let go its kind of the difficult thing because they like to rip you off
