Dont know how a brand new product has that happen but my installer or the team at xfinity couldnt solve it so had to return and get another one

The one that i received after return seemed to install fine but upon removing the temp from xfinity i had to have a store rep give me credit on the return

I did notice that when i tried to sent up our wireless printer that the wan button on top is not very stable

Also if you have an older printer just use the wired set option to wireless

I finally realized and two years that i could have purchased my own router with wifi for around 100 and been saving that 11 per month
