Pros

Not a con if misunderstand the features. Between adapting 3. And 3. Everything is noticeably faster. I also like that it uses the broadcom.

First time upgrading from docsis 3. Easy to install and pre approved for * cable. Just started my 4th without those pesky comcast fees. They really want you to use their app, which made registering it pretty simple.

Cons

I’m not sure if it was a lie to avoid having to send a replacement or if it’s really that faulty. After months of frustrated troubleshooting, it's now dead. No easy or simple path to online tech support was found.

The modem has rebooted itself at random. I’ve suffered from packet loss intermittently.
