My only complaint so far is that this modem arrived with the wrong ac adapter.
Have had more issues with the separate, stand-alone wifi routers we hooked up to this modem than this unit.
Recently upgraded to the sb8200 now that i'm subscribing to speeds over 100mbps (but under 1gbps).

If your router has a 101001000 wan port you may want an 8x4 or greater modem matching whichever speed rating you are paying for

Like the good old days streaming from netflix with hd and not 4k theres not much need for higher speeds and i never really had to reset it like other modems
