Pros

Gigabit cable modem & wi-fi 6 router (ax3000) easy to install. Much faster than the wifi5 standard. Should have replaced old one years ago.

Cons

Main issue with this router seems to be it's dhcp server and assigning addresses. V6 errors happen when the modem is assigning new addresses. Ended up having to go back to my older modem and buy a new asus rt-ax86u pro wifi router.

The surfboard app is useless and slow. After i save my settings it somehow reverts to previous.

Very disappointed and not returnable. Died out of blue. Back to renting from company for 15 month.

Many marketing pitches in the product description. Would not recommend this at all.

Ended up disconnecting it and going back to xfinitys modem/router.

I like the multiple wired port and the great wifi coverage and speed with multiple devices.

I would buy it again very well responsive hooks up to anything you need, fast and easy to set up.

One unplug and restart a couple of months ago, that's it.

All of our wi-fi cameras stay connected.

Once installed, the equipment worked as it should and we now no longer have to pay the monthly xfinity modem rental fee.
