I enjoy the fact that this modem/router (wireless) can handle the download speeds i pay for. Saves time to register your new device prior to plugging it in. Cons- 600mb transfer rate in same room as device.

Back to back speed tests went from awesome (400+mbps) to cannot connect. Could simply not hold connections nor could hold connections consistently at anything greater than 30 mbps on wifi. Constantly signal drops, both via lan and wifi. Have to perfor... Read More

Tech support is poor. Customer service likes to offload the blame and not fix their product. Almost makes me think he lied about arris removing the chipset. This product is faulty.

Web interface is very slow and cumbersome. My mobile is so slow now that i have time to make a full course dinner and eat it while i wait for it to download a picture.
