Pros

I like to say i'm pretty savvy with routers, but this one took me some time to figure out. No interruptions while supporting home phone line, wifi signal and ethernet connection.

The xfinity app is a great way to set up a cable modem. Set up was simple, using the app and following the instructions.

Cons

Directs you to the surfboard app that is frankly garbage for android at least. The arris router still works, but i will not use a router with such terrible service. This is supposed to work on xfinity/comcast.

Do not buy. It is unusable for us. Buyer beware. What a mess.

My old arris is 12 years old and still working, in fact we had them reinstate it while i return this defective unit. I have no way of proving this, so it goes back to amazon for a full refund.

A woman offered to give me some minimal help, but i could tell she was worn out from customers probably berating her for these poor marketing strategies.
