Pros: used right after hair removal there is a noticeable difference in the skin (as opposed to not using it), it calms the skin and reduces redness, it lightly exfoliates the top layer of skin and makes it easier for the hair to grow back (preventing ingrown hairs), the aloe does a good job at moisturizing without being heavycons: i'm not a fan of the smell (it smells very similar to sunscreen), it's more liquid than serum and makes it very difficult to apply (i purchased this in october, the formula might have changed, i see that the packaging has changed), with it being a liquid it is very messy to get out of the bottle to apply, so either the formula needs to be thicker or the dispensing of the product needs to be changed somehow, a pump might work besti do really enjoy this product and it's been a life saver and has made shaving/grooming so much easier.  Read Less
