I am not sure how long you can keep it under the water but in my case it was submerged for a few second only

If that happens and you close it up again its likely to form steam inside making it more difficult to see the phone screen

I like that is has the outside zipper pocket make for easy access to small items like lighters ect that would normally fall to the bottom of the bag

Construction is solid seams are stout roll top functions properly as does click fastener plastic
