I bought 2 cheaper balls from others but returned them as they were not of greatest quality one of them was thin and sticky collected dust wherever it rolled

Partially inflate it and place it behind the bottom of your spine when in front of your computer

I got ths one to do small rather some exercise at home inflating the ball was little hard as it has manual pump

Several yoga balls that i bought from a while ago all broke due to my weight pushing down but this didnt have a problen with it at all
