The swimming cap is very nice its double big enough the color is right it feels good the quality is good try it on just right not tight

I was so grateful to know the nose plug and ear plugs came along with it and when i swim its nice to have a cap that prevents water from getting in as well as the ear plugs so the water dont get in my ears
