Its perfectly arguable that this is a waste of money because you can get cheaper plastic bottles and of course various drinks come in disposable plastic bottles

Box it came in mentioned it came with a silicone carry strap but didnt receive anything like this or know where this would fit

I filled it halfway with ice and topped it off with water as i usually do before going to work out
