I called then to ask for help and they just told me i have to buy their expensive drum unit and thats the only way its going to work

The brother mfc l2740dw is a problem with resets and the second drum did not work either

If you have this problem try this with the front cove open press cancel to interrupt the error

Im pleased with the build quality tho and the print quality went back to 100 with this product
