After speaking with the arthur imaging people they informed me that my firmware had been updated and they would send me a new setwithout charge

There were only maybe 23 pages that i noticed werent quite as perfect as they should be shadow of words and visible lines of shade change on the page but at least for our printing needs nothing that important
