Pros
The ups is one of the best in term of power backup for wifi router along with modem. Don't have much electricity outage issue at my place. Only problem is cable length and i need to reposition my router.
Overall a decent buy. Using since 2 months without any complaints. Looks like it has done his duty and now it is time for his retire.
It is connected with 2 wlan cables and a dual-band wi-fi network. Bought it for the purpose of connecting 3 devices. Supports 9v, 12v and 5v by usb.
Cons
The output voltage in 12 volt mode does not stay steady. The moment the mains electricity drops, this device voltage falls below 9 volts. I think some connection is loose inside or it might got damaged at shop keeper or during delivery.
Worst purchase. Unreliable product. Don't deliver a 3rd rated product to customer.
It's very difficult to go to the service centre yourself and even if you do, there is no guarantee that your product will be repaired. Within 6 months stopped giving backup. No way to contact for warranty.
It's a 1-star, not-fit-for-purpose, strong do-not-buy recommendation. Really this is worthless.

After using 5 days writing this review, good battery backup, connected my jio modem and my digital clock, both powered on upto 6hrs
Good and heavy battery support during power cut
In my case it doesn't work with my monitors adapter pin which is lot bigger than the port
Unfortunately a recent heavy rainfall and too many power fluctuations damaged the item and made it useless.
Shipping
I'm yet to get it repaired though but due to busy scheduled i have ordered another one and expect to receive delivery today.
Packaging/appearance
But there is problem with the product packaging there is damage in product and but it works well no issue with product all is well .

Product is good in condition and it should best for your normal home uses and it must should be buy and there is no any isse with this product
