Each sponge is almost rock hard before soaking it in warm water to soften it up and then they feel almost ‘slimy’ without being slimy if that makes any sense

I only have one negative point and that is if you don’t have much common sense and guess that the sponges need to be soaked in water first to soften them there is nothing on the box to tell people this
