I normally shampoo andor condition my hair and put this in my hair from root to tip concentrating on the tips of my hair as its the oldest part

Then i put a plastic cap over my head optional then i let it sit in the hair for around 20mins or so sometimes an hour maximum if my hair is severely damaged
