See pic, the chalk out line is 10x13 and the shade sail doesn't come close. Tried reaching out to seller for resolution.

Its pulled taut hung on eye hooks so didnt need the string that was provided

We have a container garden on the side of our house and the summer sun bouncing off the wall and windows can be brutal for the plants
