Pros

It is permeable so that water can seep through it without pooling on top of the shade during a rain storm. It filters the sun making it much cooler. It keeps our lanai cool!

Cons

Months later and the sand colored one i bought is fading. The item ripped from the metal hook that was sewed to it.

Size advertised is a 10' x 13' the is not one nice piece. Tried reaching out to seller for resolution. This is not rectangular like the description and photo imply.

We put our canopy up at the worst time, right before all this crazy midwest weather.

Rain leaks through so it’s not getting stretched by the weight, and i haven’t noticed any sun bleaching or any changes to quality at all.

Sail is exactly as described, reasonably priced, and love how it turned out.

The price is awesome for the quality you get.
