Pros

Delivered as promised. Lots of screws for different configurations. Strung them from. Uv protection is important since i'm a stage 4 melanoma patient. Larger deeper screws need to be provided to keep the sunshade intact.

These allow me to enjoy our patio safely. It works and looks as advertised.

Cons

The heads on the screws are narrow and strip easily. The turnbuckle clearly states 304. Hopefully its at least that. Deciding whether to send it back or not.

I pay premium for prime and should not be lied to about shipping .

Product was sold with next day shipping and took 12 days.

My parents wanted an awning but would take a few weeks to get so i got them this.

Packaging/appearance

We weren't sure what attachments we would need, so this packet had us covered.

Should have looked when we first purchased our 'sail'.
