Pros
The band is well made with solid hardware and is comfortable. This is a well made sturdy strap and really makes my seiko arnie watch stand out.
I have the khaki color, which complements the black timex very well. This is one of those improved nato straps that doubles back. The black buckles appear powder coated - so they have a nice matt finish.
The retaining bars look a little thin, but any thicker and it would be a struggle to slide the band thru them. This one is much more durable than the last one i ordered on ebay.
All straps come with a seating tool and two extra watch bars. The included tool and pins are a welcome feature and made installation a breeze. The pin tool is a handy addition as well.
Cons
The clasp that goes through the hole is too short and slips out of the, now elongated, hole very easily. The buckle seems to be bent under the nylon at the prong bar union. It barely reaches the second keeper ring.

The nylon does have a nice sheen to it as another reviewed mentioned and a sortof waffle stitching that adds some texturedimension to the material

Its quite thick about twice the thickness of the cwc militarystyle nato that came with my watch so that is something to consider

There are plenty of adjustment holes but its not a superlong strap

Theres probably not going to be enough length to lock it in by threading it back through the last ring unless you have a very small wrist

Just a headsup as well theres a lot of flex in the material around where its locked in to the adjustment hole so im assuming the material will probably wear and fray a little bit in that area

Not a big deal to me as i am going for a rugged military style look with this watch but that may be a dealbreaker for some ppl that like their strap to look brand new for a long time
