The length comes to just above my ankle. This is what i was hoping for, a thick heavy terrycloth robe, monk style. It washes up nicely, and is as soft as a thick towel.

Robe fits perfect and is freaking beautiful! This is a seller who understands that expediting returns to allow the customer to get it right builds long-term loyalty. All of the stitching seems to be well done and without noticeable flaws.

The material is soft, plush terry cotton which is quite warm.

The l/xl is exactly right for me. It fits him perfectly with an extra cozy fit. Just the right size to my ankles and heavy enough to keep me warm.
