If you don't have cats or sharp snaggy things in your life, this is a fine, serviceable robe. Bought this for my 85 yr old mom. While i can’t speak for long term longevity, the immediate result is great!

The fit is great - large petite for 5’2” 145 lbs. Robe is very roomy, and as a petite person, an xs would have been sufficient.

Cons

The robe material is not soft. It is very corse and not plush. Sash was ripped and torn after first wash. It's drab and not purple but mauve and dull.

The bottom on the sleeve is simply too wide and lets a lot of air in. The hood is also too short, just big enough for me to not be uncomfortable in it.
