This ram runs at the speeds listed on asrock b450m pro4 with a ryzen 3600.
If you're still not getting the speeds with a ryzen cpu, you probably have a gen 1 or 2 cpu, an older am4 motherboard, or both.

Those cpus and motherboards were really finicky about ram
