They are super soft and comfortable. They are not sloppy like the gracie way. I get many complements on how cute they look & they’re very good quality.

Cons

The heel is also a bit too loose for my taste. Quick delivery but order was reboxed and missing a boot lace lock on left boot. It's very frustrating. These are not boots, these are rubber slippers.
