Pros
The health benefits are legitimate and you can visibly see the ashitaba working when your skin begins to heal and become more elastic. The dosage recommended is right for me and i recommend this to anyone with skin issues or liver problems.
Cons
The color is brownish, regular ashitaba is green. I feel that is a deceptive practice. Basically, wasted my money.

It smelled slightly sweet and thought for a second that it had sweeteners… it had that kind of smell but not a bad scent
