I usually wear size 11 12 to 12 and i chose 12 but seems like i have almost an inch left of toe room but i decided not to send shoe back for replacement to size 11 12 cause it would prolly be too small

I was able to do calf raises with this shoe the forefront is very flexible but the heel is solid so you are not limited to just the squat and then have to switch out to another pair of shoes
