Pros & Cons
Pros
They work well when he dives for the volleyball. I use it for volleyball, racket ball, works great for slides and impact falls. Kept my knees from getting bruised playing volleyball.
They are the first knee pads my daughter has liked. The padding is thicker than mizuno's t10 kneedpads. They are far superior to any other knee pads i have tried.
Bought this for my 14 yr. Old daughter. Purchased for my husband. Works as automotive worker. Does the job.
Cons
They cover a large area of the knee, which is a downside. They keep slipping down all the time. Must be from the rubber in them. Probably better for an adult. Not adult sizing.
These are too big and bulky to use for any sport. It looks strange, and feels uncomfortable on my 12 yr old daughter. I find these things too bulky and only use them in the playoffs.
