I am giving five stars for the shoes but i was disappointed that these shoes did not appear to be new

The usual tag on the shoe describing care instructions was removed there was no paper packing material in the toes to retain shape the very wrinkled tissue paper in the box looked as though someones cat had a new toy for a few hours and the soles of the shoes while not showing wear were dirty

If merchandise is not new please label it as such so that the buyer knows what they are getting

I am glad i read the reviews prior to purchasing them i went half a size up and so very glad i did otherwise itd have been tight
