Highlights
Quality
They are very reliable, really waterproof and feel just great on my feet.
They also have the best seal of any boot i’ve owned, the tongue is very clever - folds easily to firm a seal but never rubs.
This is my second pair of these boots, however, in the first pair the soles delaminated catastrophically in the first 90 days.
They shouldn't be, since that saps energy, adds weight, and inhibits breathability throughout the boot.

Competitiveness
The build quality of this boot appears very good; much better than similarly priced boots.
It was hard to part with $100 more than any close competitor.
I have found that european shoes generally fit me better because of the euro sizing.
Lots of companies are outsourcing to southeast asia nowadays.
