Pros

Best of all, the are amazingly versatile. I have 2 pairs, one is a half size bigger to accommodate thicker socks for the winter.

Sturdy, stable and comfortable. Wore them elk hunting in colorado above the timber line. It is important so your not caught out in the middle of nowhere and have to hike back 15mi.

Couldn't be happier with the first pair. They’re still a fantastic value.

This version of asolo’s boot replaces my 30 year old pair. My only caveat is that within days of paying $315 for the boot from an amazon seller, for a size 9, they fit like a glove. The best 3 season boot imo.

Cons

Bought vasque before but they moved to china & the quality fell apart so i moved to asolo & never looked back.

Packaging/appearance

They are warm,durable and fit perfectly right out of the box.

Only draw back is the goretex liner makes summer months sweaty.

Common sense would say the more you pull and flex on the glue, the sooner it’ll fail.

Competitiveness

Wood but i wear them at least 12-hrs a day 5-7-days a week.

I also see that different sizes sell for different prices, i think because third party sellers vary at the price point.

Still maintaining my old pair but may get them re-soled.
