I'm using it with the upward angle going to the left.
The sensitivity isn't the best and i've had to wash it a few times since it gets gross but the ergonomics of this mouse pad are just great.
The quality for lasting that long should speak for itself!
Together with the upright mouse, my wrist is now at a more neutral, handshake angle and doesn't hurt nearly as bad as it used to.
