Pros

The removable tray easily slides out to empty the dead bugs into the trash and is very convenient. Fairly easy to clean once plugged out.

For large houseflies as well as smaller gnat. Only down side is when a fly is smaller, it can pass through the grill without getting zapped. It is a little startling when the larger flies hit the wires.

It really zap the bugs. The pop that occurs when it zaps a bug can startle you.

The real trick is you need to use a screw driver (or something similiar) to prop/pull it open the wire gate from the bottom. My suggestion is that it would have a attachable tabletop base and at least a six or seven foot power cord.

Cons

Not great with flies. It just stuns them for a few minutes before they recover and fly away.

Quality

The bug zapper is well-built and sturdy, with a sleek design that fits right in with my patio décor.

It’s efficient, easy to use, and makes a noticeable difference in keeping our space comfortable and bug-free.

Minutes after turning it on, in the middle of the day mind you, it starts zapping insects.

Unfortunately, it broke while being stored for winter.

Price

0 kwh/month, so around $1/mo to run it.

Small price to pay though for how good this thing is at getting rid of flying bugs.

Someone in home depot recommended this aspectek when i was checking with about $75 worth of sprays and traps.
