Pros

I'm very happy with this waterer (marley is too). It's small but perfect for her size. Works perfectly and the size lasts 2-3 days for my 30lb puppy.

I have a 3 gallon waterer that's heavy, this cutie is much easier. The lock is easy to engage but you always have to check cause it don't give you a reassuring feel.

Works like a gem. It does what it should do and solved a unusual problem. Have one of these outdoors and wanted to get another one.

It’s pretty quiet when the water bubbles out of the bottle into the bowl. The rim helps prevent spills which was an issue with our previous water jug.

Cons

Thought this would be the solution for minimizing the number of times a week i would have to refill their water.

The base looks difficult to clean because of the lip and crevices. The domed lip makes it challenging to clean without removing four screws.

It comes totally apart so you can clean it inside and out.

I can easily take it apart several times a week to wash the bowl out.

She took to it right away and it saves us from the constant refill process of her tiny metal water dish.

The plastic for the jug seems a little thin and was dented when it arrived, but has held up so far.

Competitiveness

Since it was a bit of hassle with the splashed water and cleanings i had to try another brand.

Another brand i have leaks some whenever you slightly move or touch it.
