Pros

Plastic & comes in 2 pieces, top and bottom. It's very sturdy. But i wish the top affixed securely to the bottom.

Rain and snow proof. It is waterproof. There are small vents on te back to let fresh air in, but it doesn't rain in.

I wish they made these huts in solid colors like white, pale grey or garden green to blend with my patio decor. The neutral colors blend in well with our backyard.

Cons

Top of house does not lock securely onto the bottom of the house. There are places where it is supposed to click together - but it doesn't. Lid/roof is too wide- it wont snap shut.
