It's the perfect size for my shih tzu. The sides give more than i expected, but it doesn't seem to bother my dog any! My pooch is 7 lbs. Two of them will often snuggle at the same time.

One of my cats has anxiety issues and she paces around the house meowing. As soon as she crawled into this bed she got snuggled in and chilled out immediately!

This brand is definitely more sturdy and well made than the former. On the occasion it does get slightly damp (from the cat's wet fur), i fluff it in my dryer for a few mins.

This dog bed is very soft and flimsy. Due to the crinkly insulation material, the bed doesn't stay flat. The bed is less durable than his stuffed toys--and the stuffing is strange.

I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or i've recieved a defective one. Will be returning it for a refund and looking for something local. It just so happens mine came stinking of cat pee.

The dimensions are deceiving. The size overestimates the actual size and is more based on an inflated state.
