Amazon put me in contact with providers of the insurance and with in 10 minutes they issued me 2 e cards for the full amount of my purchase 2 years ago and to think i had forgotten i even had this insurance i was looking for a different purchase i had made when i came across it and remembered i had it a plus service if youre making a large purchase or just want to protect all your orders for 4 years dont be afraid to buy this they are a stand up company i expected to send them my products for repair and was sent e cards for replacement or what ever i wanted
