These are extremely sharp. They make quick work of everything i've chopped or sliced. The knives stays sharp and need no sharpener.
Was so excited to get these. The colors make them something out of the ordinary as well. Best consumer available knife option.
Each one has a plastic cover for safety. Easy to clean. No issue with rusting or breakage.
