The set includes a sharpener to maintain the sharpness of the blades. The block is top knotch, the scissors are unique and powerful. The knife and scissor are very sharp.
Utility knives are very useful. Paring knife is a useful size. The wood block keeps the knives separate so they don't bang around in a knife drawer. The acacia wood knife block adds a stylish element to my kitchen decor.
The german stainless steel blades are not only durable and resistant to rust but also feature an elegant damascus pattern that adds a touch of sophistication to my kitchen. They are well made and strong- i have no issues with the handles slipping.
