Pros

The set is sturdy, well made and easy to clean. The knives sharpener is an added bonus. I have been extremely impressed by its performance.

The astercook knife set is top-notch. The knives are great quality and the block style is very sleek. Feels good to add an important item in my kitchen.

Cons

Poor quality or misleading instructions, not sure which. Evidently the steel they use is too soft. Quality of this set is much cheaper than described.
