Pros
Headset fits comfortably and provides great sound/“immersive” feel. The astro a10 coupled with dolby atmos is exactly what i needed. Richer sounds, deeper bass, more comfy.
It's lightweight with a minimalist design - not a ton of bells and whistles. Very sturdy and the flip up mic is super convenient. Good wired gaming headset for a good price. It’s heavy on the head but god it worth it!
Cons
The quality is just not there - the headset looks and feels cheap and plasticy all around. This is only time i've felt obligated to leave a negative amazon review.
Headset is very heavy and all the weight is held by the top band which presses against your head. Padding is poor and i couldn't really keep this on my head comfortably for more than thirty minutes at a time without feeling the need to readjust.
Second time i've received a defective headset during this pandemic. The mic wasn't being picked up by by the controller.
The sound on the headset is completely butchered. No sound coming out of the right speaker and what's left of the sound in the other speaker is barely audible. I would not recommend this astro head set to anyone even for a spare.

Bass sounds super nice and the audio is clear the only quirk i have is that you cannot hear your voice in the headphones audio so i tend to be speaking louder than i should be which is inconvenient

I have to agree they cancel out anything that isn’t game related but they are a pain if you’re trying to talk to someone or vice versa but if they arent apart of the party it’s not like you need to talk to them lmao

I’m happy for what i paid i had some ls’s and they were great but i’m not sure i’d pay the price of a “wireless” headset when i paid this price and can’t even hear my dad grinding away with his dremelmini grinder

The cord is long enough i had to keep the zip tie on for my series x so i wasn’t tangledprobably could go for another footfoot and half more if i took it off

I had purchased another headset that was an amazon choice but returned due to wires needing to be taped after 5 days
