Pros

This is definitely better than buyin the new and more expensive mixamp. The app is so easy to use in order to create custom eq’s. Easy to set up and connect to account.

This is my second pair, preceding my 5 year old set only because my dog got a hold of them. The ear pieces are comfortable and replaceable. This is the most comfortable headset i've ever worn.

Well made headsets with good longevity.

The mix amp is a bonus with its 4 presets and the ability to adjust the game to voice volume. Only dislike is how my mic sometimes cuts out, but i believe that is more of a connectivity issue rather than the actual mic.

Cons

Astro needs to consider a complete redesign here. I’m not new to refurbished products but this is pathetic. Go with high end turtle beaches.

The microphone only works when the headset is connected to my phone. The mic on these headsets has a very short life span. The mixamp itself barely worked, it seems like the previous owner probably bent the microusb cord while it was plugged in.

I really like the sound quality these are great for adjusting background and voice levels .

Once you get off and then get back on the next day, it won’t assign the heatset for some reason.

The mix amp is amazing and the updates are great but the usb cable is trash.

This headset, for the price, is worth the money.

I got a deal in these during cyber monday sales last year and they work perfectly.

Didn’t really wanna buy a used headset specially astros, but i couldn’t turn it down for the price!

They sent it to me with the wrong cord, and i requested a partial refund so i could buy the correct cord, and they obliged.
