This was done for a 4 inch pipe on a muffler delete on a big dodge 6. It expands pipe easily and will straighten out pipes that are not perfect circles. Part 2 is you need to order a hydraulic punch driver.

I didn’t realize the bolt head is supposed to rest on the bearing race

I oiled everything and expanded half and then moved it in and did the other half
