Pros
It is a bit pricey, but almost indispensable when you're in a tight situation. This ratchet wrench works well with them but it is not prefect. Astro nano or * low profile sockets into a through the handle wrench.
Cons
It seems the manufacturer poorly machined the rounded joint. The box end cannot be bent all the way to 90 degrees and gets stuck around 75 degree angle bi-directionally.

This effectively converts everything to a very low profile wrench basically a zerooffset box end ratcheting wrench

Cons because there is no reverse switch it is possible to ratchet a bolt in a too confined a space and get stuck in a position where you can remove neither the bolt nor the wrench
