Car cigarette lighter socket plug fits securely and snugly. I'm using it with my tire inflator that plugs into a cigarette lighter. Replaces the internal 120vpower supply that failed.

Great for use with portable cooler to maintain performance while out of vehicle
Plug and play, my old converter had water dropped on it, this replacement worked perfectly!
Hubby has older jeep and it would not work with three different types of compressors without blowing fuses constantly.
We tried another converter for our cooler, but either it was defective or underpowered for the unit, even thought he specs matched.
Price
3 stars for value as it is over priced, they all are for what you're getting.
Con: i think it’s a bit expensive for what it is.

Previous review:while it seems to be functional everything was just in a box without any wrap or bag to protect the product.
Also, the conversion box itself produces a bit of heat so make sure it's not on anything that can be affected by heat.
Competitiveness
This cord works well with a koolatron and is much less expensive that the brand item.

The inflaror seemed to have more power than plugging it into the car 12v power source

I havent experienced any over heating issue then again im only using the inflaror for about 2 to 3 minutes

Used for several months the fan now have some noise power convert still working
