Pros
Replacing a dead battery in a referbished dell lattitude 5480 laptop. Popped out the old battery and put in the new one. Holds the charge well so far.
Cons
Just over a year old and completely dead and will not charge.

It was easy to install, and came with the screwdriver and pry tool needed for replacement.
This battery does not fit my computer and it has scratches on it and looks used.
After installing the batter i discharged it and then charged it to full.
Price
Update sale has worked with me and i am very satisfied to the attention they gave me.

When finished there is no rattleing or shaking of componants
