Pros

Great replacement battery for acer c720 chromebook. It fits perfectly but a pain in the * to open after removing the 10 screws. Screw holes align with no issues. Very easy to install on my laptop.

Just plugged the battery in the laptop and was working on battery power. Matches up exactly to the oem battery no issues with low voltage or over heating. New power adapter via amazon & this replacement hp laptop both work perfectly!

Runs like new. Arrived on time and lasts about 2. Hours. Battery life is awesome. Longer than the old worn out one.

Cons

Capacity drops with every charge/discharge. Worst part is that it doesn't have the correct firmware to hand off to the internal battery. Computer just shuts off (unsafely) and won't power on until you remove this junk battery.

The cover has to be installed at a 30-45 degree angle and snapped in place and held there while attaching cover screws.

Is a real pain to install in a 7390 2 in 1.
